The MAGUS Lum V500L is a high-performance inverted fluorescence microscope engineered for cell culture analysis and observation of live specimens in various types of laboratory ware. It integrates fluorescence, brightfield, and phase contrast techniques, making it suitable for biotechnology facilities, research institutes, and clinical laboratories.

A powerful 100W mercury lamp provides a wide excitation spectrum, while the four fluorescence filters (UV, V, B, G) ensure compatibility with multiple fluorochromes. The turret phase-contrast condenser allows seamless switching between imaging modes, and Köhler illumination guarantees uniform, high-contrast visualization.

Long-working-distance plan achromatic objectives and a six-position revolving nosepiece ensure accurate imaging when working with Petri dishes, flasks, and culture plates. The fixed stage equipped with smooth mechanical movement provides precise control of the specimen without vibration or drift.
