About Delivery

We deliver laboratory equipment from abroad on a custom order basis under an official agreement. Each order goes through a complete logistics process — from sourcing to final delivery.

Delivery Process:

1. Order and Agreement:
   You select the necessary equipment, and we prepare a commercial offer and formal agreement.

2. Payment and Confirmation:
   After the agreement is signed and payment is made, we begin the procurement and delivery process.

3. Import from Abroad:
   We purchase the equipment from the manufacturer and handle customs clearance for import into Uzbekistan.

4. Local Delivery:
   Once cleared, the equipment is delivered to your specified address or handed over based on mutual arrangement.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery time depends on the type of equipment, country of origin, and customs procedures.

• Typically, the process takes 15 to 45 working days.

Delivery Areas:

• We offer delivery throughout Uzbekistan.

• Conditions for regional delivery are discussed individually.
