The TARGAS-1 Portable Photosynthesis System by PP Systems (UK/USA) is a lightweight and robust next-generation instrument for precise leaf gas exchange (CO₂ and H₂O) and photosynthetic performance measurements in both field and laboratory environments.

It features two independent non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analyzers for CO₂ and H₂O, providing high accuracy, low drift and rapid response time. The rugged anodized aluminum housing with a shock-absorbing base ensures durability under field and weather stress conditions.

The TARGAS-1 console is equipped with a high-brightness touchscreen display, user-friendly interface, built-in air supply and flow control unit, and internal data storage for logging measurements. Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the system offers up to 10 hours of continuous operation and supports USB data transfer for convenient export and analysis.
